1. Q: What types of the devices will this charge?

    A: With a 5V output. This solar power bank charger will charge most of cellphones, tablets, digital cameras, portable speakers, MP3 players and most other small eletronics with USB charging. 

2. Q: How long does it take to charge my phone?

    A: Charging tikme will vary depending on your device and the battery capacity. The amount of sunlight will also impact the charging time. In general, it should take approximately the same time to charge your device as it would if you plugges it into a standard porwered 2 A charger. 

3. Q: My device only requires 1A input, will the 2 A output damage it?

    A: No, your device will only input the max amperage level that it needs to charge. 

4. Q: Does this charger has the problem when charge the Apple@device, it says"no charging" or "charging not supported by this accessories"

5. Care maintenace:

A, Clean with a damp Towel or cloth. Do not immerse or wash under running water. 

B, Take extra care when cleaning the outer surface of the charging panels. These panels can be damaged if cleaned or scraped roughly. 

C, Keep the output port out of water, and prevent dirt or dust from entering the USB ports. 

D, Close/fold the panels when not in use to help protect the panel surface. 

6. Warranty information:

    This solar panels bank charger carries one year limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials affecting performance. We agree to replace the defective prouduct free of charge withing the stated warranty period, but the shipping fee will charged by your hand. This product is not guranteed against wear or breakage due to missure and/or abuse. In addition, any units taht show signs of creasing or folding on the active photovoltaic areas are not covered under this warranty.
