Shipping Information

1. Shipping ways---UPS, DHL, TNT, EMS, FEEDEX, e Packet.

2. Delivery time----2-7days for sample, 7-15days for wholesale, 9-20days for OEM.

3. Shipping days--- 2-5days for normal region, if remote region, it will be take 2 days more.

Payment Information

1. Payment ways: T/T, WESTERN UNIOn, Money Gram, PayPal.

2. Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD. T/T 30% as deposit and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages.

3. We only can deliver goods after getting full payment.

Q & A

Q1. Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?

A1. Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight, mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2: What's your MOQ?

A2: Normally Our MOQ is 50-100 pairs/color. but we could also make the products for you if your quantity doesn't reach our MOQ, the detail please contact us.

Q3: How can I get better price? 

A3: We offer better price if you order’s quantity enough big, or mix purchase several item together, because we will combine shipping, you can mix purchase different items in different sizes /colors/models.

Q4: Can you put our brand on shoes or boxes? Could your factory accept OEM order?

A4: Yes, We can put your brand on shoes and boxes if you need. And we have OEM & ODM service. Shoes material, style, color, size, heel height, print customized are acceptable.
