1. Do your products have quality certification? How long is the warranty?

All of our mobile phones are with  certifications, and the warranty is 1 year, if any quality problems during this period, you can send back for replacement or refund.

2. What is your terms of shipment?

You can choose DHL/TNT/UPS//FedEx/Air/Ocean freight based on your order weight.

For small order, express will be the best, it is fast and convenient. For bulk order, Air freight is better but need you pull back goods from Airport.  

3. How much about the express delivery cost for the samples?

It depends on the Quantity, Actual Weight, Carton Measurement, Destination and Shipping Methods you choose. For the exact cost, pls contact us anytime.

4. How soon will my order shipped? How long will my order received?
Generally, upon the receipt of payment, your products will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. (Pls note it is just transportation time, the producing time will be varied from 3 days to 10 days due to order quantity and the level of busyness in production line.

DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT/Express usually takes about 5-7 working days to the destination.

5. Can we require you to print our trademark on your products or the package?
We support OEM services(customization production) as we have our own design team, but the order quantity must be more than 100pcs.
