When you come to our company visit us, we will arrange car for picking up and help you book hotel. If you want to visit the local scenic spot, our colleague will accompany you.

The service is offered by participating suppliers, and is designed to protect your payment if your order is not shipped on time, or if the pre-shipment product quality (optional) does not match the terms agreed on your contract.
Your payment is protected up to 100% of an amount - agreed between you and the supplier - called the Trade Assurance Order Amount.
2. How does it protect my order?
waimaotong.com will refund up to 100% of the Trade Assurance Order Amount on your contract if:
• Your order is not shipped on time as stated in your contract.
• Your products do not meet the quality requirements1 stated in your contract2.

3. How can I get some samples?
We are honored to offer you samples freely, please give us your specific requirements, we will try our best to making our best samples for you at first time. but freight charged on customers.
4. What is your MOQ?
Normally Our MOQ will be 300 pairs. But we accept small order to support new business.
5.Check the product quality before shipment
You can ask the supplier to send a sample, request a thirdparty inspection, etc. If the products do not meet the quality requirements in your Trade Assurance Contract before shipment, submit a claim on waimaotong.com.
6. What is your payment terms?
We accept western union , 30% deposit T/T and 70% balance T/T ,or L/C, and alibaba trade assurance payment , If you have any other payment requirements, please leave message or contact our online salesman directly.
