Q:Where is your factory located?Are you manufacturer or trading company?
A:Our factory is located in Jinhua city which near Yiwu/Hangzhou Port, and we are manufacturer.

Q:How many days you need for prepare sample and how much?
A:1-3days and sample is free.

Q:What is your MOQ?
A:600pcs per each model as usual, support 100pcs,500pcs or less quantity for try first time.

Q: I'd like to know your Payment way.
A: Basically, the payment way is T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight.

Q: How about the Delivery time?
A: 30 - 45 days after the receipt of deposit and confirmation on all designs based of normal condition.

Q: I'd like to Mix several models in one container. May I?
A: Certainly. We have to point out that you can select two models in one container (1X20FCL).

Q: We'd like to print our logo on the appliances. Can you make it?
A: We provide OEM service which including logo printing, gift box design and carton design. you can use our Logo "OURAN" also.

Q: Shall we pay Extral cost for OEM service?
A: The OEM service are totally free of charge.

Q: Can I get Discount from buying your goods?
A: As everybody knows that the price depends on the quantity. Price can be negotiate for special quantity

Q: What kinds of certificates you have for the products?
A: CE/CB/GS/ETL/ROHS/CCC...............
