2. Detailed Description

Product features:

The light body uses the high quality cold rolled steel plate (0.5-0.8 MM/RoHS corresponding). After the surface gray film phosphate then come to the static electricity spray paint processing. And the complete process is powder painting (RoHS corresponding).

The product includes: UL certification wire; UL grounding terminal; UL/PSE certification holder (2A  500V) G13/R17D/FA8 ( made inGermany); UL terminal units (20A 300V) (made inTaiwan); UL single core copper wire (0.75 MM) (made inChina).

Design features:

The design of body and cover meet the criterion of UL/PSE certificate according to Germany BJB/VS Company’s standard; Using shrapnel lock screw to install can save time and makes it safe and shockproof.

3. Product Advantages

1)The design of our company’s brackets matches the holder produced by German VS company. It can prevent falling off from two-story high. The installed tube will not drop from the bracket, so it is suitable for a quake-prone place or places with big shock, such as, airport, parking lot, and subway station, etc.

2)The matching wire is single core copper wire (0.75 MM). The wire skin is halogen free and can bear 125℃ high temperature. (In most cases, the wire skin is 105℃ PVC)

3)The installation of the brackets is with stainless steel shrapnel. You just need to push the screw into the shrapnel to complete the installation.  the whole process is fast, convenient, strong and safe.
