How to control quality:

1. base on client’s quality requirement or original sample to prepare same quality material.
2. Select our responsible workers in our factory to produce the goods.
3. Professional QC to control the whole production process,once problem happen, we’re sure to solve it before shipment.
4. Our responsible and careful workers to inspect and pack goods as per our client’s requirement.
5. Before shipment we always take finish goods photos for our client’s study before shipment, to make sure the goods we will ship comply with what our client wants.
6. Standing our client’s position,we always select the good forwarder and shipping company with good service to ship the goods, in order to make our clients clear the goods smoothly at destination port.
7. After shipment, we’ll inquiry with our client about their comment on our goods quality,delivery time and service.This way we can realize the insufficiency in our work to improve it.

How to solve problem if it’s happen:

1. We’ll negotiate with our client the way to solve problem if it’s do our problem.
2. Requesting our clients to take photo showing the problem if it happens on goods quality or shortage.
3. We will compensate our client if the case it is.As we always look forward to long-term cooperation with our clients.
4. Any of our client’s claim is the mirror of our insufficiency work, it’s worth of us to do our work more better and harder to avoid same problem happen again in future.
