Here’s the information of our company which helps you understand the producing process so that you can customized your plastic tube more easily.

We made efforts for meeting an international standard set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), and has got the certification of ISO 9001:2008 in 2015. Simultaneously, we keep improving the quality system. Every single tube will be checked many times while producing.

The tubing procedure separates into 4 parts. The first step is extrusion, which means to shape the colored PE pellets into exact diameter and length you demand. The second step is printing. We offer 4 kinds of printing methods to display your artwork on the tube: Offset printing, Screen printing, Hot stamping and Labeling. The third part is injection, which client needs to decide the form of the orifice. Finally, the tube can be chosen to be end sealed or capping.

>> What is the usage of your product?

Examples of product packaged in plastic tubes: Skin Creams, Ointment, Lip gloss, Mascara, Hand Creams, Shower Gels, BB Creams, Shampoos, Paint Samplers, Glue, Gear oil and Lubricating oil for automobile & model aircraft uses, and etc.

>> How many colors can I print on my product?

We have three kinds of printing methods on the tube. You can decide which method you would like to display your design on the tube.

The first one is Offset Printing, it has 6 colors at its maximum. It can be divided into two parts, which are matte and glossy. The second one is Silk Screen Printing, it has 3 colors on its maximum. The third one is Hot Stamping, it has two colors to choose.

>> How do I get some free sample?

We can offer you 5 samples for each sizes, however the shipping fee is expected to pay by the buyers.

>> What is the lead time?

The lead time depends on how your artwork, but we guaranteed that our lead time shorter than our competitors.
