Melting induction furnace is composed of furnace body, hydraulic system, water cooling cable and furnace body changing switch.
1. Furnace body
Furnace body consists of furnace body frame, furnace body base, inductor, yoke.

b、 Inductor coil power difference is below ±5% between its designed and made, using oxygen-free T2 extruded rectangular copper tube, which be trapezoidal winded by special mould to keep coil rigidity, mini power lost and max electromagnetic transduction rate.
c、 Yoke use the best quality silicon steel, stack made, stainless steel two side clamping, yoke cling inductor, in middle of them using high temp. insulation layer, stainless clamping steel plate with special designed water-cooling parts, to cooling the yoke reaching at room temp. , so yoke could be without deformation and strength the inductor coil rigidity when furnace working, such yoke structure also let furnace body whole structure be much more strength.
2.Hydraulic system
Hydraulic system constants of hydraulic station, oil cylinder and operation table.
Hydraulic station includes tank, hydraulic pump, all kinds of valves and pressure meters. Electronic buttons of operation table to control furnace body dumping rotation, stop and reset.
Furnace body dumping rotation action is controlled by two DG hydraulic cylinder with speed limiting shut-off valves at its oil input head. To avoid furnace body rapid dumping down accident because of hydraulic pipe suddenly broken. Furnace body dumping action is controlled by electric control speed change valve, let operate become much more convenient and easy.
3. Water cooling cable
Water cooling cable use oxygen-free copper T2 material stranded copper strand, covering high intensive flame retarding rubber tube. Cable head is cold press molding, good contact and strong tensile ability, at high temp. environment it is no deformation, good contacting, longtime using, strong impermeability, easy replace and maintenance.
