Constant pressure water supply control refers to the technology of automatically controlling the water pressure of the user's pipe network so as to maintain a balance between water supply and consumption. Constant pressure water supply control system is gradually developed after the development of frequency conversion speed regulation technology. The functions of the frequency converter are mainly limited to frequency control, speed control, forward and reverse rotation control, starting and braking control, variable voltage frequency conversion ratio control and various protection functions. In the variable frequency and constant pressure water supply control system, the frequency converter is only used as the actuator. In order to meet the different water supply requirements and ensure the constant pressure of the pipe network, the pressure controller and pressure sensor should be provided outside the frequency converter to carry out closed-loop control of the pressure.

Constant pressure water supply control combined with many years of water supply experience, set different pipe network pressure in different periods of time, make the balance between water supply and use, not only improve the quality of water pump supply. At the same time, the energy consumption is reduced by frequency conversion technology, and the reliability of equipment operation is improved

CDLF Variable Frequency drive vertical Stainless Steel Multistage Pump is multi-function pump capable of conveying a variety of different media from tap water to industrial liquids with different temperature, flow and pressure ranges. CDL is suitable for non-corrosive liquids, while CDLF is suitable for slightly corrosive liquid.  The fluid parts of the pump are stamped and welded from stainless steel plates SS304. It can be used with mildly corrosive media. The pump can replace foreign CR and CRN and other similar vertical stainless-steel pumps.
