1. The extruded high-quality aluminum alloy cylinder body is hard anodized on the inner hole and outer surface processed by the precision machining center.
2. ZG-ATM has high precision, high speed and stability, and long service life because of the structure design of the double-piston rack and pinion. By simply changing the assembly position of the piston, the rotation direction of the cylinder can be changed on-site.
3. The two independent stroke adjustment screws on the outside can make convenient and accurate +/-5° adjustments in two directions so that the actuator is consistent with the valve position in the fully open position and the fully closed position.
4. The universal, anti-fracture, nickel-plated output gear shaft can facilitate the mutual conversion of octagonal and round shaft holes, making the material preparation less and more flexible.
5. Because of one-piece compact design, double-acting and spring-return single-acting actuator models both have the same cylinder, piston, and end cover. By adding or removing springs, we can easily perform the on-site conversion.
6. Multi-function position indicator, on-site visual indication and all accessories can be easily and simply installed.
7. Combined reserved spring seat and unique O-ring design are suitable for various occasions. They will make the actuator safer and more corrosion-resistant.
8. High-precision tooth profile on the gear and rack: The tooth engagement gap between the gear and the rack is smaller and more precise and the output power is larger.
9. Select high-quality support rings to reduce the friction coefficient of O-rings. So that the actuator will has long service life and a wide range of operating temperatures.
