W Vortex pump is a vane pump.  W vortex pump is mainly composed of impeller, pump body and pump cover. Impeller is a disk, the circumference of the blade radial uniform arrangement. The pump body and impeller form a circular flow path, suction inlet and discharge outlet are in the outer circumference of the impeller. There is a clapboard between the suction inlet and the discharge outlet, thereby separating the suction inlet and the discharge outlet.

USES:

Features:

1. The characteristic curve of the vortex pump is similar to that of the centrifugal pump, but it is less efficient with small flow rate and large head. Vortex pump clearance (that is, the gap between the impeller and the cover plate) can not be too large, otherwise it will significantly reduce the efficiency, so this pump can only transfer relatively pure liquid.

2. The characteristics of small volume and light weight of vortex pump have great advantages in ship installation.
3. Self-suction ability or with the help of simple installation.
