Washing and Drying
1. It canwashing& drying Float glass and low-E glass.
2.. The washing& drying machine is made of stainless steel by welding and bending.
3. The washing& dying machine adopts discontinuous work energy saving system. It can wash coated glass and low-e glass and when doing this work, the brushes will separate automatically and it has automatic alarm and can stop the transmission function when there is a mistake.
4. The washing& drying machine adopts non-oil and waterproof lubricating bearings to avoid the secondary pollution to the water and to eliminate the possibility that the oil molecules float when glass go though the strong wind pressure drying area(It will produce bright spot phenomenon when the glass surface adhere to oil molecules).
5. The angle of the unique design of the sprinkle system can be adjusted randomly and make the cleaning and maintaining easily. The water heating system of the washing& drying machine is recommended when the temperature is less than or equal to 7 degree.
6. The fan adopts inner loop to ensure the air is clean. The unique design make the fan have low power and high air pressure, which will make sure the glass is completely clean and dry.
7. The drying area adopts bottom roller wheel drive mode, the surface of coated glass or low-E glass don't have scratches and it can prevent mold release phenomenon effectively.
