QLY submersible multistage stainless steel pump is manufactured with international advanced technology and it can replace all kinds of similar machine cooling pump imported from abroad as the advanced domestic products. The pump has the advantages of small volume, light weight, high efficiency, energy saving, small vibration, low noise, smooth operation, corrosion resistance, easy installation, and saves the space needed for installation.

scope of application:

This product is not only suitable for cooling and rinsing of all kinds of machine tools (edm, grinder, machining center, cooler, industrial cleaning equipment, filter system, lathe, iron dust conveyer), but also widely used in medicine, chemical industry, experimental market equipment, cooling liquid and condensate transportation and circulation.

QLY submerged stainless steel multistage pumps are used for conveying machine cooling fluid, lubricating oil, condensed water, industrial cleaning equipment and other occasions for immersion pump use. QLY pump is used for non-corrosive liquids and QLYF is for corrosive liquids.

The liquid without solid particles or fibers.

Liquid temperature: normal temperature -15℃  to 70℃

Hot water type +70℃  to 120℃

Ambient temperature: up to 40℃

Altitude: highest 1000m

when the pump operates at ambient temperature greater than 40℃ or altitude higher than 1000m, the motor output power will be reduced to some extent due to poor cooling effect due to low air density. Pump in the case of running motor power needs to be large.

If the user does not make the request, the power supply requirement of the pump is 380V, 50HZ.However, according to user requirements, we can provide power pumps with special specifications, special frequency (50HZ, 60HZ) and special voltage (110v-660v).

ordering instructions

1. Please specify the depth of water tank or container when ordering, so as to select the structure of pump.

2. When transporting special liquid, please indicate the name, temperature, density, concentration and viscosity of the liquid in the contract, so as to reasonably select the material and motor power.

3. When you have special requirements on flow rate, head and power supply, please indicate in the contract.
