PF reinforced plastic PVDF chemical pump is a single suction single stage direct connection centrifugal pump. The pump body, pump cover, impeller and other parts which contact with liquids are for polyvinylidene fluoride resin . Polyvinylidene fluoride plastics have high mechanical strength and good corrosion resistance.

PF chemical pump can transport various concentrations of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, phosphoric acid, chromic acid, oxalic acid, hydrofluoric acid and alkali, organic solvent, oxidant and other chemical medium at the temperature -50 to 130 degree Celsius.

PF chemical pump is used in the chemical industry, chloralkali, chemical fertilizer, dye, reagent, pesticide, pharmaceutical, electroplating, environmental protection and other industrial sectors to transport the corrosive liquids without particles as the energy-saving pump.

PF /FS series chemical pump is with direct connection structure. Pump body and bracket is directly connected with motor flange. Bracket supports pump body and impeller is directly connected with motor through shaft. This series of pump features: simple and compact structure, few parts, good performance. The direction of rotation of the pump is clockwise from the inlet to the motor. Pump outlet is vertical upward . Pump seal, PTFE (F4) bellows, corrosion resistant mechanical seal.

According to the corrosion and temperature of the conveying medium, the contact material of the pump can be divided into:

(FRPP) reinforced polypropylene is suitable for liquid with temperature -5 to 80 degree Celsius.

(PVDF) polyvinylidene fluoride is applicable for fluids with temperature -30 to 110 degree Celsius,. Generally n the explosion proof area, the pump need to be equipped with explosion proof motor.
