Two-phase flow pulp pump uses the two-phase flow theory of "relative suction, relative blocking" principle of the hydraulic design of the pump. The hydraulic performance of the pump flow parts is accord with the law of solid-liquid two-phase flow to reduce the slurry flushing and wear through the parts so as to greatly improve the working efficiency and service life of the pump. After years of practical operation, the series of pumps have been proved to have the following obvious characteristics:

1. High efficiency and energy saving: the operating efficiency is 3-10 percentage points higher than the average pulp pump and the energy saving and consumption reduction are 15 to 30%

2. Good cavitation corrosion performance and long service life: the actual service life can be increased 2-3 times than the ordinary pulp pump

3, For the pulp with high concentration, no clogging: The conveyed pulp concentration can be up to 6%

4. Reasonable structure and convenient maintenance: the pump head adopts front and rear door opening structure, and there is no need to remove pipelines during maintenance. The pump can be disassembled and maintained by simply moving the motor backward.

Scope of use:

1. Paper industry: used for conveying, lifting and pressurizing intermediates of pulp and alkali recovery processes with the concentration of less than 6%;

2. Sugar industry: used to transport syrup with the concentration of less than 4% and the viscosity of less than 150mm2/s;

3. Urban sewage discharge industry: used for circulating, lifting and pressurizing medium of sewage treatment process.
