Warranty and Service
1.The quality warranty period is 1 years which counted from the day that the shipping commodity arrived at the port of destination, excluding the physical damage, We will provide you with the fittings for free during the guarantee period. But please kindly note that all users are kindly required to return us the damaged fittings by courier with your charge before we send back the alternative fitting parts. After warranty period, the fittings which you need repaired or changed should be in charge by you, and it will be reasonable charged. 
2.Since it is difficult for our engineer to maintain the machine face to face, we will build a plenty of online-supports contact, which means we will give you technical supports by email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone and fax when user meets some problems on installing, operating, adjusting, maintaining, etc.
3.When you meet some problems with installing, using or adjusting, but our online-support can not solve it, we also offer Door to Door service. If you need engineer(s) to assemble or maintain or adjust the machine in your country, you would like to be required to assist us to go through the visa formality, traveling expenses prepaid and accommodation arrangement during the business trip and the service period before they dispatched, and please kindly arrange the translating person for the engineer during their service period.  Or you can arrange your engineer to come to visit our factory to get a long-term free technical training as well!

Pre-sales service: Free sample making
For free sample making/testing, please send your samples or products CAD Graphics to our company in China. Try before you buy.Progressing Solution Design according to customer's product processing requirement, we can design the unique solution that supports higher manufacturing efficiency and better processing quality for customer.
After-sales service: Training to install(3 options)
A. We will supply the machine with training video and user's manual in English for installing, operation, maintenance and trouble-shooting, and shall give technical guide by e-mail, fax, telephone/MSN/ICQ and so on, when you meet some problems of installation, using or adjusting.
B. You can come to our laser factory for training. We will offer professional guide. Direct and effective face-to-face training. Here we have assembled equipments, all sorts of tools and testing facility. Training Time: 3~5 days
C. Our engineer will do a door-to-door instruction training service at your local address. We need your help to deal with the visa formality, prepaid traveling expenses and accommodation to us during the business trip and service period before their dispatch. It's better to arrange a translator for both of our engineers during the training period. Training Time: 7 days
Remark: The charge of visa application ,round air ticket, accommodation expenses in your country will burden by your side.
