It is a kind of multi-functional machine integrated with slitting and rewinding. It mainly slits large-sized stretch film into small ones which avoids the split-level film and improves the technical index of product, such as level and appearance quality, etc.
This unit is slitting, rewinding and other functions into one device, the main purpose will be the Stretch Film Large diameter divided into small roll diameter. By slitting, rewinding can correct the product of the split-level, to improve the the flatness appearance quality of the membrane

Suitable for slitting BOPP adhesive tape/cellophan tape.
1. Full-automatic four-shaft exchange is adopted and the efficiency is improved.
2. Stepless speed regulation of frequency conversion and there-step length setting provide smooth rewind operation to ensure accurate rewinding length.
3. It can automatically decelerate and stall when operating at high speed.
4. The unwinding tension is adopted with pneumatic braking control.
5. The rewinding tension is adopted with the dual control equipped with the clutch and the independent slide setting for free adjustment of the tensile force.
6. The curved stretch roll is designed to eliminate tape wrinkling during extension and feeding.
7. Pneumatic brake brings the machine to an immediate halt for accurate positioning and labeling
