FZB,FZB-L Series fluoroplastic self priming centrifugal pump

FZB series fluoroplastic self-priming pumps are manufactured according to the international standard combined with the process design of non-metal pumps. Pump body is made of a metal case lining fluoride plastic and flow components are all made of fluoroplastic alloy. It means that pump cover, impeller, etc are made of metal lined with fluorine plastic .

Shaft seal is for bellows mechanical seal fitted outside type and static ring is 99.9% alumina ceramic (or silicon nitride)and dynamic ring is for fluorine filling materials. The seal is as the good mechanical seal corrosion resistance and wearing resistance.

Pump inlet and outlet adopts cast steel body to enhance the pressure resistance of the pump.

Practical application shows that the self-priming pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, non-aging, high mechanical strength, smooth operation, advanced and reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing performance, convenient disassembly and maintenance, long service life and so on.

FZB Series fluoroplastic self priming pump has the self suction performance and the suction height is for 2meters to 4meters. It can be used to transfer the liquid below the pump installation level.
