FYU Series corrosion and wearing resistant submerged pump
The flow components for FYU Series corrosion and wearing resistant submerged pump is made of ultra-high molecular polyethylene engineering plastics. It has excellent corrosion resistance and good wearing resistance and good shock resistance etc into the transportation of phosphoric acid, mixed acid, hydrofluoric acid ,fluorosilicic acid, electrolyte, limestone water, dirty water and other corrosive liquid containing particles.
FYU Series corrosion and wearing resistant submerged pump is widely used to convey corrosive slurry containing a large number of particles(weight concentration of slurry less than 20 percent,solid particles diameter less than 0.5mm. The pumped slurry is below 90 degree Celsius. It can replace the expensive special stainless steel and fluorine plastic submerged pump.
Application:
1.Non ferrous metal hydrometallurgical industry. FYU Series corrosion and wearing resistant submerged pump is especially suitable to convey various acid, alkali, corrosion slurry, electrolyte, waste acid, sewage and other liquids in hydrometallurgical industry such as lead, zinc, gold, silver, copper, manganese, cobalt and rare earth.
2.Phosphate sulfate fertilizer industry. The pump is used to transfer dilute acid, mother liquid, fluorosilicic acid containing silica gel ,phosphoric acid slurry and other liquids.
3.Water treatment and environmental protection industry. Sewage with impurities can be transferred.
4.Pesticide,dye and fine industry. The pump can transport acid, alkali liquids and mixed acid containing solvent acid, alkali liquid, mixed acid and the pump can also transfer acid and alkali slurry.
