Diesel engine water pump unit is a diesel engine driven pump, which is driven by the diesel engine through the elastic coupling. It is an integrated and highly integrated equipment specially developed by our company to meet the special requirements of domestic and foreign customers on the diesel engine emergency pump system for industrial emergency, such as boiler feed water, high temperature circulating water and so on.
Diesel engine water pump unit has the following characteristics:
1. Automatic starting: after receiving fire alarm/pipe network pressure/power failure/or other starting signals, the diesel water pump unit can automatically start and run at full load within 15 seconds;
2. Automatic charging: the battery can be automatically charged by electric power or diesel engine charging motor to ensure the smooth starting of the unit;
3. Automatic alarm: automatic alarm protection for diesel engine faults such as low oil pressure and high water temperature, and alarm and stop when the engine is over speeds;
4. Automatic preheating: make the diesel engine in the standby state to ensure emergency work;
5. Direct connection: the diesel pump unit below 360kw adopts the technology of direct connection between diesel engine and water pump through elastic coupling, which is the first of its kind in China, reducing the failure point, greatly shortening the starting time of the unit, and increasing the reliability and emergency performance of the unit;
6. Users can also request other alarm output: diesel powered drive pump (or fire pump group) is securely and tightly installed on a common chassis by horizontal centrifugal pump and diesel electric instrument and other equipment. It is connected to the electric control box through the control line.
The complete set of diesel engine water supply equipment is used for automatic (or manual) water supply system of all kinds of enterprises, and also for fire fighting and water supply and special occasions.

The base of diesel water pump unit with common base is welded with heavy steel structure, which integrates diesel engine and water pump. The heavy steel structure is welded with special treatment, which makes its work more durable and reliable.
