1. Integration feeding box, concrete hopper and Rated concrete conveyor:

Our QT8 Block adopts the shock-absorbing rubber pad between hopper and machine. And the closed type belt conveyor to feeding box, the concrete sensor to promise the rated concrete feeding.

 

1. Feeding Box

our QT Block is designed with many lines of mixing blades, the mixing blades are working since the feeding box moving to bottom block mould, this make sure the concrete will be fed into the bottom mould.


 

1. Excellent Vibration

QT series Block machine's Vibration system is a variable frequency controlled, combined by precise mechanical device and digital system. There are 4 eccentric vibrating rods in this system. It will make strong vibration force and big vibrating area.

 

1. Digital control

The data on the control box computer can be set: forced feeding time, vibration feeding time, second feeding time, can be chosen to make color floor(this is used for the 3-5mm floor tile). All the requirements can be adjusted on the human-machine interface.



5) Multi-function
Road shoulder, Kerb, river side, protection slope block, square paver, driveway pavers, walkway pavers, and other hollow blocks, grass planting blocks can be manufactured on this machine.
