The air source treatment triplet includes three parts: air pressure reducing valve, filter and lubricator. Among them, the pressure reducing valve can stabilize the gas source, so that the gas source is in a constant state. And it can reduce the damage to the valve or actuator and other hardware due to the sudden change of the gas source pressure. The filter is used to clean the air source, which can filter the water in the compressed air and prevent the water from entering the device with the gas. The lubricator can lubricate the collective moving parts and prolong the service life of the machine body.
1. There are two ways of drainage of this filter: differential pressure drainage and manual drainage. Manual draining must be dispatched before the water level reaches the level below the filter element.
2. When adjusting the pressure, please pull up and then rotate before turning the knob, and press the knob for positioning. Turn clockwise to increase outlet pressure and counterclockwise to decrease outlet pressure. The process of adjusting the pressure should be gradually and evenly adjusted to the required pressure value and should not be adjusted in one step.
3. How to use the oil feeder: The oil feeder uses JIS K2213 oil (1S0Vg32 or the same grade oil). Please do not fill the cup more than 80% full. The number 0 is the smallest amount of oil and 9 is the largest amount of oil. It cannot be rotated from the 9-0 position. It must be rotated clockwise.

The ZU type three-piece has a combination of a ZFR type filter pressure reducing valve and an OL type lubricator. These components can be ordered separately. The water separation filter can filter the liquid oil, condensed water and impurities in the air. For special applications , 5μm filter element is easy to replace 40μm standard filter element. Even if the input pressure and compressed air consumption of the production system fluctuate, the pressure reducing valve can ensure that its set working pressure is very stable.
The lubricator can evenly spray oil mist into the filtered air. The amount of oil mist is proportional to the air flow, and it can be refueled without stopping. The amount of oil dripping can be adjusted by adjusting the screw. Usually, every 1000L of air contains 1-12 drops is enough.
